Our order cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and if your order has been shipped it can unfortunately no longer be cancelled. You may wish to return for refund once it arrives. Your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you refund is late or taking too long, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take several business days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only items that are defective or damaged can be replaced. To return/exchange your item for the same item, first notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, then send your item to: 118 The Bridle Path, Winnipeg MB R3R 3B5, Canada. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.) Due to various postal services, we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping an item over $50 or more, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
